The owners of this property are just a good farm family that I have done work for in the past and they asked me to see what we can do on this home.  They bought this farm and the home came with it.  So, give me a call and come take a look.  I’d be glad to let you in and look around.  I’m not going to bother with fancy words about the home....here is the pertinent information.  This is a nice older farmstead with 3 outbuildings.  The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, dining area, kitchen, family room, enclosed front porch, covered back porch, back sunroom (mudroom if you’re a farmer) and a short basement that is 6’ tall.  There is a 2-car garage detached garage with one door having a opener.  The machine shed has been around a few days but certainly keeps the equipment dry; that’s in it. There is a corn crib that has been sided with tin on all but the south side which is open.  This is all located on Paddle Lane. Actually, it is the only home on Paddle Lane!  The pole barn would make for great camper or boat storage especially since Lake Mattoon is just across the field.  Nice big yard, 3 acres total.
