Treating others as you would like to be treated yourself - this is how I managed and grew the Illinois 4-H Memorial Camp program in rural Piatt County from 1993-2018.  A wonderful career with University of Illinois Extension has afforded me vast contacts statewide in the agriculture and natural resources communities. 

I hold two college degrees in forestry and natural resources from SIU-Carbondale and North Carolina State University and understand one’s connection to the land involves a powerful blend of emotions, economics, stewardship, and a personal vision for the future. 

My passions are faith, family, fishing, and a good hunting dog. I believe sharing accurate, current information gives us the key tools we need as we plan actions on the wise use of our resources.  Teamwork, communication, and trust are the foundations for success.   

You will find me a deep listener and trusted fiduciary that will 100% follow through with the actions you choose on how to achieve your goals.  And if you’d like to meet my dog Belle, I’ll drop the tailgate on my truck before I head your way – she knows what to do from there.
